I got a call on 10 feb from a person named ARUN SHARMA (9555520049) and he told me that there is an offer to get samasung galaxy j2 with discounted price only at 3000 rs. So i booked it. When i recieved the package from Mahanagar Post Office. There was a not a phone but some casted iron sculpture. I called back at number but there was no response. I collected my parcel on 21 feb around 11:30am . I want to raise my complaint against the sender galaxy enterprises c-1/57 sec-5 rohini , delhi 110085. They are using india post a govt body to cheat people, also india post is not looking at such incidents. I want these people behind the bar and my money that i gave at post office 3000 rs. Also a fraudlence case over the firm and Arun sharma and others related to this. They are only cheating people with the trust of india post. If the parcel would from other courier i never got cheated this way.
