Times4shop.com — I am complaining about refund of money

I am Tapan kumar Rout, bhubaneswar, odisha and i complaining about Times4shop company whose web address is www.times4shop.com is informe me by his executive on phone and also by mail that i selected for product of cost rs97000.i will pay to company only rs14999 whis is govt tax. i cofirmeed by company's customer care no.9211010631 and also company's email and then after more discussion i will pay in company's account rs14999 on 26th july2016, and again rs 9700 in 29th july2016 for insurance. company's customer care officer and also a oneer of company mr. sanjay verma said to me after payment of rs 14999 you can recieve product in 24 to 48 hours and refund rs 9450 in 24 hours in your account. he also provied me a email of this sence. i believe in company and do every thing as directed by customercare/executive and owner. i pay last payment in 29th july and till now i can not recived neither product nor refund. After that i have call them and they again demanding some amount to refund my money, when i refuse to give any amount again to them after that no one recive my call and also not give any answer of my question by email. Kindly help me.
