I WANT REGISTER A COMPLAINED AGAINST A COMPANY CALLED DIGIE CLASS. I GOT A CALL FROM A GIRL NAMED RANI MOB NO (8806807328) WHATSAAP NO (7624098292)ON 2/04/2018 SHE TOLD ABOUT WORK FROM HOME FORM FILLING JOB ONLINE AND THAT I HV TO FILL 1200 FORMS FOR WHICH I GET 24000 AS SALARY. FROM THE FIRST SALARY THEY WELL DEDUCT 4100 AS UTILITY CHRG AND I GET 19900 AS SALARY. I TOLD HER THAT I DONT HV COMPUTER NOW SHE TOLD ME THAT AS YOU WISH TO DO THE JOB YOU SEND ME YR ADHAR CARD AND I'LL REGISTER YOU NOW AFTER THAT YOU CAN START WORKING WHENEVER YOU CAN, SO I SEND HER MY ADHAR ON WHATSAPP. TODAY I GOT CALL FROM PERSON HE DID'T SAY HIS NAME SAID HE IS AN ADVOCATE FROM GUJRAT AND SAID THAT THE COMPANY IS FILLED A CASE AGAINST ME FOR NOT COMPLETING THE WORK GIVEN ONLINE TO ME. AND I HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMT 5600. HE WAS SPEAKING TO ME IN A
VERY HORRIBLE MANNER & THREATING ME TO PAY. I TOLD HIM I HV NOT GET INFORMATION ABOUT THE WORK AND ABOUT ANY AGREEMENT I SIGNED HE TOLD THAT YOU HAVE SIGNED A THE ELECTRONIC DIGITAL SIGN AGREEMENT IT ACT 2000. BY WHICH YOU ARE A DEFAULTER SO PAY THE PENALTY TO AVOID LEGAL ACTION BY THE COMPANY. I WAS SHOCKED I IMMEDIATELY CHECKED MY EMAILS I SAW THAT THEY SENT ME A LEGAL AGREEMENT ON 16/04/2018 THERE WAS ATTACHMENT OF LEGAL AGGMT, ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT & CALL VERIFICATION. IN THE CALL VERIFICATION AUDIO THERE WAS NO VOICE OF ME. AND THERE WAS ANOTHER EMAIL SEND ON 20/04/2018 NAMED SURVEY IN WHICH THERE WAS AN USER ID PASSWORD AND WEBSITE ADDRESS.BUT THEY HAD NOT CALLED ME THAT THEY HV SEND ME THE AGGRMT OR THE WORK. HOW WOULD I KNOW? AND I WAS NOT READY FOR THIS BCOZ I DONT HV A COMPUTER. NOW THEY SENDING EMAILS THREATING ME TO PAY THE PENALTY AMT 5600 OR THEY SUE ME IN THE COURT. WHAT SHOULD I DO? PLS HELP ME. ( THE COMUTER AM USING TO LOGE THIS COMPLAIN IS OF MY HUSBAND WHICH IS IN HIS SHOP, I DONT HV COPUTER AT HOME) am unable to upload the verification cal audio becoz its not geting upload

    hello, same thing happening with me. DG services is a fake company. They send fake agreements to you and demands money. The Online Form Filling Work given by them is a SCAM. While registering they took one OTP from me on my mobile and said I have digitally signed the agreement and I have to pay Rs.4900 to them. What to do now. Please help me.
