Call fraud as i have win a hundai i10 car

received one call from universe shoppie from 01147878650 this number. They said that their is one contest, and I am selected for rank 2. So for that rank Hyundai i10 car will be given to me as gift. And I have to register my info on www.universeshoppie.com this website and have to pay 2500 rs first immediately. Then they will give me gift from polo company but product was not received yet after 14 days And after some days one agent(ashis shing) call me and asked for nomination details and tell me deposit Rs.20000 as a car paper which is fully recoverable vai 30cent diamond set, one Android mobile, power bank and pen drive.I was deposit Rs.20000.After that they confirm me by phone and also by mail that my nomination is confirmed and i have to wait till january 30 the event will be organise at bhubaneswar and they will give the hundai i10 car. And after 4day of payment again they call me and say i have also silected as brand ambasadar for company and i have to pay 1lac as security money and it is fully refundable on contest day,so i have doubt on this and i refuse for this and they also say no problem if you agree then proceed and they confirm me that you will get the car only on contest day but till date theyniether they arrange the contest nor give me the car and after that they are not responding.I think it's fake company. And they are cheating peoples.so kindly help me and guide how the get my money refund and take the strong action against this compny ,so that no other people will cheat by this compny.
