Fake Call Frauds

I have called the customer care atleat 20 times,and emailed also atleat 20 times in support a style tag.com. I never got any response from them. I have never seen these kind of irresponsible act and that to an online shopping website. My 1200 rs is with Styletag don't kbwo how to get back that money. Because they have no time to take head up on my problem.
