Voice / Receiver problem in my mobile.

I purchased my samsung young model mobile ( GT-S6312 ). LBT no.38/116 from Mobile spot , Indra prastha Society ( Shop no.6 ), Nallasopara (w ) in August 2013.But now since last one month,when I am dialing any number , I am only able to listen the voice of the person through my speaker on mode and not through normal mode ( without speaker on ).Please suggest me immediately, how to rectify this problem myself.
Even tell me, whether I have to visit your Service Centre for this problem with or without charge.
