Respected Sir/Mam
My name is sweta sharma from durgapur. Maine Nalanda university ke Dhanbad branch ke P.K memorial collage me BA part I ke liya admission liya. Still i dont have recieve any study mateial and admit card. When i called them they are not respond call. Three times mai center se khali hath wapas lauti hu , ghanto line me khade hone ke bad sirf itna bola jata hai ki books to bahut pahle hi aa gya hai but abhi tak arrange nhi hua hai , next time aao mil jayega.
Next time jao to same ans kuch aur pucho to bhaga diya jata hai. Sir its requested to you that please agar staff kam hai to staff ko badhaia because insab karno se student ko suffer karna padta hai. Ya fir staff thode supporting hone chahiya. I have lots of trust in this university. I need study materials for preparation of exam. So plaese do the needful.
