I have purchased a Karbonn Sparkle V Android one phone online two days ago. It does not show File Manager Icon unlike all other phones with Kitkat OS. So I can not access Internal Storage or SD card contents. Kindly let me know whether there is any Service Centre in Jagdalpur (Distt. Bastar, Chhattisgarh)as I am from Jagdalpur.
