Refund of money due to faulty mobile

I have given my mobile phone P780 for repair at your authorised service center on 21/10/14.
After almost 35 days i was informed that the mother board required to repair is not available and was asked to contact the customer care. after talking to them i had asked them to refund my money back. after submitting all the required documents on 1/12/2014 to Mr.Abhijeet at the service center.I was informed that the refund will be done soon. it almost 1.5 months after submitting the document and i havent received my refund and even on contacting the customer care and after sending emails the only reply i get is the inconveince caused is deeply regretted. i have no idea what is going on. this is not the type of service accepted from Lenovo.
please do the needful and inform me.
