Fake Call Frauds

Hi,
I am writing this in reference to SRIN0301412200012 where my k900 was dead and wasn't charging. I went to Gurgaon parsvnath center and I was told by the technician that the charging port has gone bad and need replacement and this will be a charged call as there were traces of water found. I paid 2k for the same and I got my phone back in 8 days. I also informed the tech that there is a display issue with one of the pixels on the screen as it light brighter than other pixels and this is an issue since I purchased it. First technician said it will not get replaced but then he said you would have to wait as he will get a hit on his repeat dispatch. So he suggested to call back after 3rd January. After the mobile charge port was changed I found another issue with camera which I think is the best feature of my k900. Now the rear camera is blurry when I take pics. Technicians mobile no is +91 95 82 719004 however he doesn't pick up my phone anymore.
