Fake Call Frauds

Fack call has been done on my mobile
telling i calling from paytm regarding your kyc incomplete and hack my account
and deducted 4040rupees from my paytm wallet and mentioned amount was credited in mobile no.09892833863.

when i call this on 30.12.19 he refuse to give i call recording with me,
and then on 01.01.2020 mr.kanji call me that i have received more than 50000/-rupees in my account but not shown in wallet.
So it is request please solve the issue.
