not receiving of phone calls and not providing refill gas cylinder

it is bring to notice that several calls are made by me for booking of gas.but every time either the phone is switch-off or not in use. i am facing a lot of problem regarding receiving of refill gas cylinder. please do the needful at the earliest. the mob. no. provided in the customer care 976000324 is incorrect, which is 9 digit
