Non refund of Registration Fees of Rs 2100/- from the company which turn out to be Fake one

This is against Sahyog Jobs Consultancy. I have paid Rs 2100/- as Registration Fees with an assurance that they will provide 4x Interview call and given the name of the company which they will arrange for the position of GM Administration. I checked up from the Company website ie Hindalco Industries which the consultant has confirmed .However, when I contacted HindalcoInsustries they confirmed that no such job opening is there .I then realised that Sahyog Jobs Consultancy is a Fake one and therefore ask for the refund of Rs 2100/- which I have paid.There was no response from Sahyog Jobs Consultancy. I am planning to lodge a FIR against the company .
