No responce of executive even after several reminders

I am Deepti Bargurjar, working with Hindustan Zinc Limited, SKM. My Gas connection Custome ID is - 7472. I am facing Gas regulator leaking problem since last one month. I have called many times to Gas Agency Land line No & executive's mobile also but there is no result at all.Many time executives received my call & ensure to send person to check the problem & resolve but they didn't send anyone. I used to wait many times as per thier given timings but no one came & even they stopped to receive my call.

This is realy very frustrating situation.

Please help me out in this regard.
