I've given my Karbonn titaniun s25(id:k85) to repair almost before 45 days and the response fron your shop is not at all appreciatable.I've been calling u guys for many days and what i hear always is your number is busy.I thinkl i'll have to move legally against u for this.Atleast try to respect the customers .Never insult us by making us wait on phone like hours and u wont come back to it.Hope this complait will reach the authorities and will get my phone fixed soon
