Malfunctioning of Samsung S Duos2 battery

I have purchased Samsung S Duos2 mobile 4 months back from Reliance Digital Gulbarga. Now the mobile gets switched off in between indicating critically battery low. So, I think the battery is not functioning correctly and needs to be replaced.Kindly show the forward path.
