LG Nexus 4 Touch Screen Issues

My Nexus 4 fell in water 2 months back. I just switched it off until its completely dried. then restarted and checked that the phone is working fine. But only problem is that the touch screen is not working perfectly at the top bar and bottom bar. other than those 2 places , touch screen is working fine in remaining places. What should i do?
