After complaining about non receipt of amount from PNB ATM on the PNB help line number 1800103222 and registeration of complaint number M158200109 for Rs 5000 on 22.09.2019, we received a call from a number 6294363385 on 25.09.19 . This person had all the minutest details of my account like my account number, my balance, my date of birth , my nominee name and on pretext of transferring my lost money of Rs. 5000 he fraudently trapped us into revealing the OTPs . which he used to first change my ATM pin then enabled the mobile banking feature and finally transferred an amount of Rs. 25,000 , Rs. 5000 and Rs. 2600 from my account to PaYtm account number 919088714661 on 25.09.2019 . The person could transfer the amount eventhogh we had registered for blocking of ATM card as well stopping of mobile banking immediately .My complaint is against the Punjab National Bank and PAytm.
PNB for - How can someone have my personal details which I have shared to the bank and on their online help line number.
PayTm - How can someone open an account so easily where an amount can be transferred and without knowing the details of the account holder
