I was a very satisfied customer of jpearls. But now I felt cheated and would not recommend anyone jpearls. I purchased a set of pearl and gold from your Secunderbad showroom for rs9200, bill no is SWV-14949, dated 29 / 12 / 2014. I had checked the same set in your website for rs 7750.I tried to draw the attention of your sales executive. But I was told the difference is for gold weight. So I didn't need to cross check. But after buying I verified the gold weight is also same.the same set is cheaper in your website.now I felt cheated. I know I can go to consumer forum. But I don't want that. I just want that nobody would feel cheated like me.I am not sure if you will take any actions regarding this.but I think it's my duty to inform you. Thanks
