Avdhesh requested for letting my flat on rent from 01/02/2022. I requested to pay some booking amount as a security deposit to my SBI account. He has requested to me being army personnel, the amount will be paid to your account from the Army Merchant account. So he requested to transfer firstly Rs.1 as testing and the same I transferred through my Paytm. After a few minutes, my bank account was credited with Rs.1.He then told me now you transfer Rs.30,000 and the same way your bank account with be credited. So I transferred Rs.30,000. Again he told me to transfer Rs.30,000 but I denied it then he explained Army Merchant Account has a limit of 60,000 so please transfer more Rs.30,000 so I transferred Rs.10,000 and Rs.20,000 as two transactions. He told me he will transfer 60,000 to my account. But after a few minutes, he told me only two transactions can be done so it is failed and requested to transfer more Rs.30,000 and after a long discussion, I transferred 30,000. Then he again asked 9000 as Merchant Card charges and then only transfer can be done and again I transferred 9,000 (A total of 99,000 has been sent by me).
Further, he quoted his accountant's name as Praveen Jain and he was contacting me a lot of times and when we asked for his Army No, he refused to give it.
