Fake calls from marriage bureau and similar companies

Fake Call Frauds Complaint Date: January 4, 2023
Recently since last 20 days days I am receiving calls and whatsapp messages from a marriage bureau company named as subhmangalam.com.
They sent few photos and asking for registration first before sending contact details of each other.
In few minutes of conversation I got to know that they are sending misleading or false details and trying to persuade me for registration by transfer of 2500 rs in their account.
I request to all please take necessary action against these frauds .
Can any one suggest me how can I file FIR against these companies?
Similar calls and messages also received time to time from franchise companies.
