Excess payment to Utkal Hyundai

I have paid about Rs 17000/- insurance money for new Hyundai Xcent. But receipt obtained i.e. actual insurance cost is Rs12000/-.

Excess amount paid to M/s Utkal Hyundai is Rs 5000/-.

I am yet to receive original insurance document also.

This is true that M/s Utkal Hyundai is taking more money than the actual cost of car.

I request for refund of excess amount taken by M/s Utkal Hyundai.
