Sir,
My Debit has been blocked by VISA verified transaction. I am trying to unblock it from last Few Days through your phone banking service. Every time I am gating the same answer that it will get unblocked within 24 hours but nothing is happening. Kindly unblock the same or let me know other procedure to unblock the same. My ATM is of UCO bank.
