Fake Call Frauds Complaint Date: June 25, 2020


Dear Sir /Mam,
I have a complained against to DFX ENTERPRISE, located at Gujarat.
I signed an agreement with DFX ENTERPRISE.
They asked me to confirm an Agreement and they also get my Aadhar card as identity proof over mail , they asked me to click accept the sign the agreement (but I did’t physically sign anywhere nor upload) in the application and I did. After that I got a verification call, I answered the call and they were talking too fast, I asked the doubts I had they cut the call, the gent call from the above number mentioned number (7623036483) me and asked me to say yes to everything in the verification call and in case if any problem arises in the future, he asked to contact him. The verification call came, I said yes to everything. Soon after that, I got my work to email to fill the 700 form for 7days with project ID number is C1606202010571. He told that the work start from Today (16-6-2020) I open the ID but I showing some invalid forms I called to him several times but he not answers to query. Today 25-06-2020 I got a call from 6359617848 and told me to pay penalty .They never cleared the doubts they simply send me the mail from associatefirm13@gmail.com
This letter informs you that you have taken online form filling job from DFX ENTERPRISE and you did not complete/unsuccessful (YOUR QC REPORT WAS FAIL) so that as per the terms and conditions you need to pay the penalty amount. after that, we will process further procedures regarding your binding agreement, so kindly clear the penalty amount and close the agreement as soon as possible. If you do not clear the process then we will have to process the legal procedure as below :
