I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SOME BODY RAJESH KUMAR INTRODUCED HIMSELF FROM PHONPE AND TOLD ME THAT OPEN UR PHONE PAY APP SOME OF RS 2070 IS PENDING FOR PAYMENT TO YOU AND TOLD ME TO FOLLOW THE PROCESS. I BELIEVED ON HIM BECAUSE WHAT EVER HE WAS TELLING THE SAME THING WAS COMING IN PHONEPE APP. HE TOLD ME TO PRESS NOTIFICATION BUTTON WHERE I FOUND SOME RAZOR PAY PAYMENT OF 2070/- IS BLINKING. HE THEN ASKED ME TO PRESS THE PAY BUTTON WHEN I OBJECT HE TOLD ME THIS IS THE ONLY PROCESS. WHEN I PRESS PAY BUTTON SUM OF RS 2070/- WAS DEBITED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER
(I) HOW WILL ANY NOTIFICATION APPEAR ON PHONEPE WITHOUT MY MY INITIATIVE.
(II) THIS WAS PAYMENT DONE WRONGLY . PLEASE TAKE MY CASE WITH THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY AND REFUND MY AMOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
