Dear Sir/Madam
I had sent the car -blue vento Highline Petrol WB02AB 7527 registered in the name of ITC LTD - for change of battery to the Kolkata workshop - when I received the car I found the following things
One panel in the driver flexible handle in broken condition
The GPRS system installed in the windscreen is not there (somebody has taken it away)( It was not observed when the car was taken back -I found it out when I wanted to use the same)
The mud flap on the lefthand side front wheel broken
The inside was totally dirty

I am really appalled by this state of service(or should I say damage) and the theft that has happened to the car. I request for taking this up strongly and redressing the issues- else I have to take it up further with concerned authorities in your Mumbai office
