Dear Sir ,
I received a call ago 20 days by 9920084163 ms neetu , she say , he is a
freelancer, she has some online job , captcha entry , if you enter 10000 enter within 10 days you will give 22000 . after some time she share me on my gmail a link and she said please give on whatsapp after that i copy from mail and share to whatsapp . this is only a blue link .
after one day i start her task but it has a issue , capcha comes late aprox 1 minutes so i told her , i cannot do it because there has some issue , it comes late after that she told me you have internet issue ...than i share my internet speed that my internet speed was 90 mbps .
after that i not do it .
on 15 july 2020 i received a sms on my no from QP-SMSHLP, message is
Mr./Mrs. Chunchun singh,Under sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code you need to clear the dues of the company and settle your dues, otherwise Court behold the right to take strict action against you. Call on 6359617848 for further assistance.
after that i call on this no , mr advocate say that pay 8000 otherwise he make complaint on court . i shocked , i have already a lot of problem and a new problem comes without any input .
today i received a mail on my mail from advocateassociate66@gmail.com
there has some message , message is
by the aforesaid mail we inform you that we have received your File from our Client ( TNE SOLUTION ) in order to take steps for legal action against you for violating the clauses of the Agreement duly signed and attested by you.
You are liable Under Indian Contract Act 1872 and other provisions according to law.
We are sending you the soft copy of the Legal Notice in your email and hereby you are informed to reply back to us within 7 days
and a attachment
please help me i have no option
