My name in my member UAN for epf doesn't match my adhar card name request for name change

Name as per UAN member account ROZEN HENRIQUES and as per Adhar card ROZEN MICHAEL HENRIQUES. So as for me to make my pf claim I need my name on the Epf portal to be changed to Rozen Michael Henriques ,even to update my kyc. Awaiting your response and help. Thanking you in advance.
