Gas delivery and misbehaviour with girl

I have booked a gas 6 days back and I am following up regularly but here no response from their side.
And 2 days when my wife called him the agency people Mr prahalad as spoken very harshly.
Very worst sittuation we are faceing to cook the food.
As a lower middle class family it's difficult to order food from outside and eat.
Please need the Justice
