Dear Sir/Madem,

I have left my job on 16 August 2019 and employer also mention details on my account.

I applied for pf withdrawal twice time online but pf office rejected my claim due to date of joining and date of leaving, date of birth not mentioned in claim form.

But above all information are available in my claim form and when I am calling to EPF customer care they are not picking up the call.

Please help me because I am very needed for money and also nobody options available for help me.
