प्रिय महोदय जी मेरा नाम रोहित कुमार है और मैं हरयाणा (नांगल चौधरी विधासाबा) से हूँ सर 2 साल पहले मैं कोटा राजस्थान में mbbs के प्रवेश की तैयारी कर रहा था मुझे सिरदर्द और चिंता और नींद न आने की बीमारी का मरीज था अब मेरा इलाज एक psychiatrist द्वारा जयपुर में जा रहा है मेरे पिता गणित के एक पद पर एक शासकीय शिक्षक हैं, और मेरे पिता की सरेली गाँव में पोस्टिंग है,, मेरे पिता का नाम ramchander है। मेरे पिता मेरे लिए एक अच्छे परामर्शदाता हैं और मैं अच्छा फील कर रहा था,, अब मेरे पिता ग्राम मुलौदी में प्रतिनियुक्ति पर हैं, अब मेरे पिता मुझे उचित समय नहीं दे रहे हैं, इसलिए मैं और अधिक dippresion में था,,.इसलिए मैंने रेलवे लाइन, ट्रक, जहर पर 3 समय के लिए succide करने की कोशिश की।, कृपया अपने पिता की deputation रद्द कर दें। मैं और मेरा परिवार always thankful to you हमेशा रहेगा। आपके लिए मेरा फोन नंबर 8708518817 है। सबूत के लिए मैं अपने डॉक्टर की रिपोर्ट संलग्न कर रहा हूं।
