Giving me work information about visa and job assurance for canada

Dear sir/mam,


I am Jogendra Singh from Rajasthan i paid 2950rs to Round the globe Immigration consultant to get job &visa in canada.
And Mr.Ankit Barua repsrentative asked me pay 2950 for technical evaluation so paid that money after that he send me a sample of agreement letter wherein mentions lot of legal things and asking for approx 70,0000inr for the work visa for canada.
I already contacted to mr. ankit asking for my money so that he said once technical evaluation is positive we are not going to refund your mon money.so i am suffering for my money if you could help me pls me.
