Worst behavior with customer handling

Dear sir, when we book a parcelat Tirupur-pusphatheatre hub the behavior of Mr. ibrahim was very worst. He is treating customer very rude.

When we tell to him to change his attitude he is talking like a MSS MD or GM.

We had a good impression on railway station hub and avianshi hub. But Mr. Ibrahim attitude is ver worst

I had a good impression on MSS services and i recommend to my friends and my customers about MSS service.
Because of this kind of attitude staffs making with customer bad impression, who all coming as a new comers. Pls take a action and pls avoid for the MSS service.
