I worked with this swastik junior Bopal for 3 years , when I returned from my official holidays on 7th June , our owner told me to discontinue the job . There was no prior notice given not there was any intimation. She has not even paid my salary of may month and as per the rules she should pay me the salary of June month as a part of compensation as school dint give any prior notice. The school has also not paid the expenses I did for buying stationery for school. Also she is not returning my personal toys which are still with school and also my personal photos which are in laptop.
Kindly help me with the issue. I tried my best but she is not paying my due salary .
