Picked the wrong product

I had a return of 3 product from meesho. One of your employee picked all my 3 products when he only need to pick 2 products. He had a detail of 2 products only. I received a call from another delivery boy asking for picking the 3rd product. Then I called that fellow whole day 17 to 20 times. He didn't receive my call. Then on the same day he called me around 8pm. Saying that he dispatched my all 3 product to the office. But I received AWB no of 2 products only. While the status of 3rd product showing return cancelled. How is this possible if you picked the product and I don't receive any message? Your employee now saying that its my(customer)fault. I need to check that first while giving products to him. Okay don't your app reflects the proper product description to your employee that which product he needs to pick? How can your employee straight away put all the blames on the customer himself?
Plz help me with the order status of 3rd one.
