Not receiving my claim, I filled the EPF claim form 19

I filled the EPF claim form 19 on dated 15th Jan 2019 through online at that time they reject my claim application on 24th Jan 2019. Here again i filed my form 19 on he same date which was 24th Jan 2019. Now the claim status showing your claim has been settled on 02nd Feb 2019, But still i am not getting my fund.
