Today at nearly 6.45pm approx I took the bus from Metropolitan Housing I took S4 WBTC BUS and I am the almost regular passenger. The Conductor of the bus rudely behaved with me and insulted me infront of the whole bus.I will be highly obliged if you take action against the Conductor as soon as possible.
