UP state ka admi jo OBC catagory may central service may hai 4 saal pehle usne bihar may ghar kharid liya aur iss adhar par bihar ka reservation certificate banwa kar bihar govt.ka fresh vacancy ka faida utha raha hai.please batayen bihar may migrated person ko kaise reservation mil sakta hai.yah bihar k candidate k liye bahut dukhat baat hai, ki apne hi state may dusare state walo ko reservation mil rahi hai .Kripa kar problem ka solution batayen.thank you
