Wrong electricity bill from last 4 years and no hearing despite repeated complains on their web port

Respected Sir,

We are getting wrong electricity bill from last four year as no body is residing in the house. It's only once or twice in a year that we come for 1 or 2 days as we are working in another state. We have filled many complaints with uhbvn and assurance from there side that they would be adjusting the extra amount already paid to them in my future bills I didn't received anything so far. Moreover for approximately 1 year not received any bill and then suddenly got a bill of 6000+ . Please look into the matter at earliest.
