Wrong billing, meter reading bill showed 8659 to 8857 and consumption is 198 and bill charges were 1

Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your kind attention that CA No. 400364761 April 2018 meter reading bill showed 8659 to 8857 and consumption is 198 and bill charges were 1079 paid. But May 2018 meater reading showing 8857 to 8857 and consumption is zero but the charges showing 670 how? ( your staff took reading while power was out) and drop the bill on door. While I check meater reading it shows 8984 and the consumption is 127 unit. Second CA No. 400431216 April 2018 reading showing 3776 to 3807 and the consumption is 31 unit and the charges were 222 But May 2018 reading showing 3808 almost same and the charges is 53 how ? It means second meater is in active it need to be changer immediately. Therefore, I am requesting you & your good office to see upon this matter and advice me to pay for possible charges. If I pay according to your wrong bill then it is useless because I have to pay more 127 unit next month.
