Dear Sir/Madam,
I am currently residing at VILL-BABHANI, BLOCK GAMAHARIA, DIST MADHEPURA,which is having an electricity connection bearing consumer number CA1071008370 , METER NO 4319125.

I was extremely shocked to receive the current electricity bill number 2021061071008370 through online portal for an amount of INR 9384.00 with unit consumption of 2963 whereas my monthly electricity bill amounts generally range between INR 100 to 200 with unit consumption of 40 to 105 units , you can refer my previous billing history.
The bill for this month is very less.This high number change in a month is next to impossible for a household living in village with only 1 Fan & LED bulb.

I complaint on board online two times 001005144805/ 001005111890 but no positive result.
Our meter established two year ago then how APRIL21 METER READING IS ZERO? as shown in bill. If your bill paper unit consumption every month shown and same bill paid on time.

As you will notice , there is clearly an error in it. I , therefore , kindly request you to correct the current bill & issue a fresh bill for the actual value.
This is really demolishing your brand credibility & I really trust my complainant will be resolved on high priority as you are the most trusted brand in location & we continue to have good relations in the long term.
