Without resolving and informing close my complaint through the department

Dear Sir,

I want to inform you that i had two complaint 1. 1006369608 2.1006419635 for the problem of electricity,but both of my complaints have bin closed without any redressal and without any contact, in this regards any employee of the department did it close without contacting me or my family. now what help to do we expect.
Now am open a new Complaint in urgent basis please help us.
Complaint Against / To: Am giving a complaint form on 28/10/2021 in JEE sir's in hand but till the time no any contact with me and my family for complaint regarding clarifications and solution
