My full electricity dues is Rs 3502 and today at 1.15 am the staff of the electricity office has cut off my current electricity without informing me even though I told them that I will pay all the dues in 2 days please don't disconnect my line and then And when I had taken my new connection, at that time I have also deposited the security, I immediately asked him to disconnect as much as possible, yet without saying anything, my line has been disconnected.
Please look into this matter and solved the problem.
