Sir, I am Purushottam Acharya on behalf of Kanchan Devi (mother) Resident of village Akbarpur benk, Burial Darbhanga, bihar (consumer I'd is not clearly visible on bill) ,in my locality there is continuous voltage fluctuation due to which I have lost 1. T.V 2. Stabilizer 3.Two bulbs please have a concern of my losses.I have dialed toll free number of nbpdcl there is no one to responded to answer my request.
