Unauthorisedly cut electric supply from Electric Pole at my home-reg.

My Home electric supply influentially cut by deputed person of the department without any intimation. From my end there is no any loophole or any old dues.At my home site there is only one reason to cut electric supply is my narrow minded neighbour who glittered by earning some illegal money. He flatterly asked the site engineer or contractor or concerned person to cut the connection that is gone through engulfed pole of electric department in his property. I humbly request the department to connect my home electric connection immediately without anybody's influence and also take necessary action against the concerned person who do the same without proper rule and regulation. Thanks
