Transformer Dammaged - Power outrage since 5 days

Hajipur, sanchi patto, bagmali, ashyana colony Road No. 5&6.
Due to Electric transformer damaged/not working.
The people of colony suffering power outrage since last 5 days. no any proper action were taken to re-arrange the transformer or other arrangment to provide Electricity in the colony.
Pls help us to provide the proper Power to our houses.
