Transaction successful done from Googlepay but Maha Vitran haven't received it yet

Transaction successful but Maha Vitran haven't received it yet
Sir I paid my electricity bill through electricity bill QR code of ICICI Bank on Google pay app my money is debited from my account to tpslQR@CICI bank but my bill is still not paid to Maha Vitran.


My Google pay transaction ID:-

Bill amount is Rs. 580.

I also complaint to the Google help line no. for the issue but they told me that the transaction is done from his side and adviced me to do complaint and check on my bank branch or electricity office .
I also compalined to my bank branch the told me that the can't help me for the online transaction and and electricity office is also saying that they can't help me .
Bank branch adviced me to go to ICICI bank because the tpslqr code on elctricity bill is linked to ICICI Bank account.
So they adviced me to check to icici back but icici bank is also not solving my problem.
I'm attaching the receipt of both Google Pay and PhonePay.
Please help me out ASAP.
