Regarding hazardous situation of transmission lines in karandih Rahargora area

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am Rakesh Kumar Singh consumer in Karandih Area(Rahargora) Jamshedpur,I would like to bring in your notice the hazardous situation of distribution lines 11KV and 230V both.
230v lines are touching the trees and 11KV too have climbing trees on them.These condition is violation of fundamental rights and electricity act as well.
One unit saved is two unit produced,and there are numerous places where distribution lines are convincingly touching them.
I understand you have shortage of manpower ,but this condition may cause fatal in rainy season which has already arrived know.
