Regarding correction in bill

Electricity Board Complaint Complaint Date: April 22, 2021
The Apr month bill reading taken was wrong by mistake and bill made wrong amount.the connection was taken two months before and previous reading was 46 in mar month.current reading in meter showing 96 as on 21 Apr 21 .In bill 512 unit consumption show and bill prepare 4961 rs.pls recheck meter and prepare bill accordingly.total consumption till today is 96 unit which includes 46 previous month .
Complaint raise in power house also and tell that line man come and check but no one come till .
