i complaint to the number 1912 twice but still no lineman came to check the issue and moreover the surprise that i receive a message of complain resolve my complain number is 16403188/16398207 very disappoint the service and no control of department on the person in field Kindly support the pulic in time not make them fool we are paying too much amount every month of electricity if delay the payment fine will be levied why not if complain raise will be resolve in timline
